Refund Policy

 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, I would love to make it right!

General Info: Return/Refunds

Upon receiving your order, you have 3 days to inform me you if you are in need of a refund/return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 



To start a return, you can contact me at uppercallceramics@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me within 24 hours if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can make it right!

If the item arrived damaged, please provide me with photos of the box, your item(s), and your order number.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products or preorders (such as special orders or personalized items that are made in advance) or items that were ordered without reading the descriptions and looking closely at the photos (e.g. you bought an item that had a different handle than expected). 

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items. All sales are final on those items.

When purchasing an item you are agreeing to these terms.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email me the item you would like to return, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. I do not give out store credit at this time.
